RON SUTHERLAND is the founder of The Hemisphere Group, Inc., a Coral Gables Florida based international multidisciplined real estate advisory firm.

With over 25 years of broad-based commercial property, development and executive management experience, Ron has served in the capacity as past President of Grubb & Ellis of Florida (NYSE); a Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Landauer-Hillier Parker Real Estate Counselors, New York; President of F.D. Rich Realty Company, Stamford Connecticut; Senior Vice President at Coldwell Banker Commercial Brokerage Company (now CB Richard Ellis) New York.

Ron has been a featured speaker and, moderator at numerous international real estate investment conferences and forums including: The Wharton Graduate Business School Club of New York; Eastern Caribbean Real Estate Development & Investment Conferences; the Annual Vacation Ownership Investment Conference, The Caribbean Hotel Investment Conferences and The Urban Land Institute, Miami. In addition, Ron has been quoted in international publications including the New York Times, Business Week and The Miami Herald.

Ron has also served on numerous Boards, including: President, Pumpkin Cay Condominium Association, Ocean Reef Club, Key Largo Florida; Angelfish Cay Condominium Association, Ocean Reef Club, Key Largo Florida; The 131 East 93rd Street Owners Cooperative, and 1326 Madison Avenue Cooperative Corporations, New York. Ron is a registered real estate broker in Florida and New York, and graduated from Rutgers University, with Honors, in Economics and Urban Planning.

STACEY WALCOTT has over 15 years of extensive experience in the underwriting, operation and valuation of high quality hotel and resort assets in the Caribbean and in North America. Stacey rejoined the Hemisphere Group in 2008 after a successful nine year career at Capmark Finance and GMAC Commercial Mortgage. As assistant vice president and underwriter, her responsibilities included due diligence, underwriting, valuation analysis and closing over $850 million of flagged hotel assets. Stacey was also with Hospitality Valuation Services, "HVS", Marriott and began her professional career with Hemisphere Group as an intern in 1995 while completing her masters in the hospitality program at Florida International University.
